Graphic Design II students have been introduced to concepts like motion tweens, key frames, and sprites while learning Adobe Flash over the past two months. Their first “short” animations were based on a famous work of art. After learning the drawing tools in Flash and recreating a famous painting, the students brought the drawings to life by animating them.
The next assignment was little more challenging, the students picked a fable that they were interested in, storyboard the fable, created all the assets and animated it. Voice recording and sound effects were added. Route(131) takes a look at the building of the animations by the students. Come back to see the final fables that will be posted soon.
