The Outlook: Episode 6

The theme for this episode is food, and Gerard, one of the students in our culinary program, starts the episode off with a healthy snack you can make with just a few ingredients. We also have a story about some teachers and students who have adopted the vegan lifestyle, as well as a story that looks at how one teacher dealt with being an obese teenager. We end the show with a story about a student who works at a restaurant on Fremont street in downtown Las Vegas. This episode won the Best in Show category at the CCSD Broadcast Journalism Awards Festival
